Ten beach cottages arranged to maximize views and provide a relaxed sense of community.  The site plan and landscaping are arranged to celebrate and enhance the grass lawn and Hau Tree that are natural assets to the site, and provide a pleasing foreground to the Pacific Ocean beyond.  The individual cottages are designed en suite using an economical 4 x 8 foot construction module. Passive ventilation is also enhanced.
